A comedy satire revolving around Patiwa, a governor candidate, who has to have an operation due to a gunshot to his chest during his campaigning, but he cannot have the operation yet because he hasn't farted. Election day draws near, while his political adversaries take advantage, and several Patiwa sympathizers from various religions conduct prayers & rituals at his hospital, not to mention reporters hunting for news. Chaos ensues.
